Movable Elements: yellow vane
One of the leaders of the Memphis School of Design in Milano Italy in the 1970's and 1980's. He was the only American artist, and the other American was famous architect, Micheal Graves.
The artist is currently in the ground breaking museum exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum, titled, Post Modernism, Style and Subversion, 1970-1990, running thru January of next year.
