FLASH COMPLETE PORTFOLIO

Andy Warhol Flash Complete Portfolio is a portfolio of 11 screenprints based on images found in mass media about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. They were assembled in a book that featured text taken straight from the newspaper, which was what led to the title of Flash – November 22, 1963.

The combination of tragedy and celebrity fascinated Warhol and he continued to experiment with this subject throughout his career.
