Born in 1974 in St. Petersburg, Russia, Veta Gorner studied Interior Design and Architecture at the St. Petersburg State Artistic and Industrial Academy, graduating in 1998. Since moving to the UK Gorner has studied printmaking at Morley College in 2002, was an associate member at PRINTSPACE Studio in 2003 and a member of the Greenwhich Printmakers Association between 2003-09. Veta Gorner is a fellow of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, having been elected Associate in 2014 and Fellow in 2016.
