An instantly recognizable image synonymous with POP ART, Andy Warhol’s, Chicken Noodle Soup remains one of the most important print publications of the 20th century. Created by the artist as part of the infamous Soup I series of ten screenprints in 1968, the artwork is hand-signed in ball-point pen by Warhol, and numbered with a rubber stamp, verso. Measuring 35 x 23 in. (88.9 x 58.42 cm), unframed and from the edition of 250, it was published by Factory Additions and is designated as FS.II.45 in the artist’s catalogue raisonne.
