An original offset-lithograph exhibition poster on wove paper after English artist David Hockney (1937-) titled “Celia, Paris, Black Stockings”, 1980. This exhibition poster was created to promote the ‘Contemporary British Drawings’ exhibition at The Tel Aviv Museum held during the Summer of 1980. Based on Hockney’s 1973 drawing of his close friend and fashion designer Celia Birtwell. Reference: Catalogue Raisonné: Hockney Posters by Brian Baggott: No. 45. Sheet size: 27.25″ x 20″. In excellent condition.
