Lithograph in colours. 1961. Commissioned by the French ‘Ministère d’État Affaires Culturelles’ and issued as a poster for the exhibition ‘L’Atelier de Braque’ at the Louvre, Paris 1961/62. Drawn and printed at the Atelier Mourlot, Paris 1961. Very few examples survive in fine condition.
Note: Braque was the first living artist to be exhibited at the Musée du Louvre
Provenance: Mourlot Estate Archive with their stamp on the reverse and a certificate of provenance.

Excellent impression with very fresh colours. On smooth pale cream wove poster paper. Sheet: 729 x 497mm
