Note: The Kosinars were good personal friends of Dale McConathy and Dale influenced this collection greatly. Many items were gifts or direction was given by Dale on purchases. Dale worked at the Betty Parsons Gallery, then he was an editor at Vogue with Diana Vreeland and was Chairman of the Department of Art and Art Education of the New York University School of Education. These are the highlights of his career. Dale also wrote the preface for the catalog of Ellsworth Kelly's first print exhibition.
