JEAN DUBUFFET 1901-1985 (Philippe-Arthur) 1901 Le Havre – Paris 1985 (French) Title: Arborescence II | Arborescences II, 1971 Technique: Original Hand Signed, Dated and Inscribed Screenprint on PVC (Relief) Size: 32.3 x 25.3 cm. / 12.7 x 10 in. Additional Information: This original screenprint on PVC is hand signed in black ink by the artist “J.D.” and dated “72” [1972] next to the signature. It is also inscribed in black ballpoint pen “à Max Loreau” in the centre of the lower composition. It is inscribed “HC” hors commerce [out of trade] in the lower left corner and is numbered with Roman numerals. This impression is one of 15 hors commerce examples outside the standard edition of 75.
