An iconic lithograph from the fabulously rare deluxe edition printed on Japan nacre paper in 1961. Produced to illustrate the poster for the forthcoming Congress for World Peace and disarmament meetings that happened across the world in 1962, this variation was published without the text in a total signed edition of just 230.
The ‘Dove of Peace’ is arguably the most familiar and globally recognised image from Picasso’s entire output. It is extremely sought after and scarce in this hand-signed format.
