Series of eight prints dedicated to the book called “I Modi” or “The 16 Pleasures”, first
published in 1527 during the Italian Renaissance under the command of the printmaker
Marcantonio Raimondi.
technique: drypoint, mezzotint, roller, burin and monotype on book pages.
each print is unique, signed and dated on pencil at the back of the print.

This series was printed on loose pages from the book “More Pleasures of Sex” written by Alex Comfort.
This book was banned in the 60’s in England and it was not reprinted until the 80’s.
