AN EXTREMELY RARE PROOF BEFORE LETTERS ON IMPERIAL JAPANESE PAPER.
Originally attributed to Goya, this wonderful etching was first printed in 1902.
More recent scholarship attributes this etching to Eugenio Lucas, Goya’s most important follower. IT IS LUCAS’ ONLY KNOWN PRINT.
