Ron Weis was born in Louisville, KY and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where he lived for 13 years until he moved to New York over 30 years ago. He exhibited his photo-realist paintings at OK Harris Gallery where he was represented for 25 years, having the bittersweet distinction of being chosen to be the final show when the gallery closed in 2014, after 45 years in Soho. Weis continues his studio practice in a variety of media and his work is represented by Anthony Brunelli Fine Arts in Binghamton, New York.
