Are there any contract tie-ins?

No. Galleries can either payment monthly subscriptions which automatically renew until such times that you wish to end your subscription. Experience shows that galleries who take a long term view of listing with us gain greater value and sales. Taking a short-term view, much like investing in stocks and shares, often leads to potential benefits and values not being realised.

 

Is there any commission on sales?

No. We generate leads for galleries with collectors not being able to purchase artworks online.

 

Do I have access to the contact details of collectors?

Yes. Galleries have full access to the names, telephone numbers and email addresses of all collectors who make email enquiries for your artworks. Galleries can add these emails to their database to help grow their business.

 

How many artworks can I list?

Galleries can list an unlimited number of artworks. We recommend you list as many artworks as you can – if collectors cannot see them, collectors cannot enquire about them. We send galleries monthly reminders to list artworks.

 

Do we need to list artworks ourself?

Yes. We have development a quick and easy to use templates for galleries to upload artworks. Up to four images can be uploaded for each artwork. You can also schedule when you listings go live. We can upload your first 30 artworks for you for free with the option listing subsequent artworks for you for a nominal monthly charge.

 

I have an e-commerce site. Can I connect to this?

Yes. You can link your url to your listings with us so that collectors are taken directly to your site to purchase artworks. There is no commission on sales.

 

Do I need to state prices?

We recommend that galleries state the prices of their artworks although we fully understand why some galleries prefer not to.

 

What additional ways can you promote my artworks?

Galleries are invited to be guest curators as well as submit artworks to monthly gallery choice features. There are other opportunities to further raise your profile depending on the level of subscription you take.
