Kingsland Editions is a fine art screen printing and publishing studio established by Sara Gates. Founded in 2006 as a high-end commercial screen printing studio, Kingsland Editions began publishing original limited edition prints and multiples in 2019 through direct collaborations with contemporary artists.
Each edition is developed through a close, hands-on process, with the artist signing and numbering every piece. All works are printed by hand, using a wide range of traditional and experimental techniques, and are produced with a strong commitment to craftsmanship. Editions are released in small, limited runs and are never reprinted once sold out.
Kingsland Editions is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of experimental printmaking. Artists are introduced to new techniques and approaches that often inform and expand their individual studio practices.
With a belief that art should be accessible to all, Kingsland Editions seeks to connect collectors, first-time buyers, and art enthusiasts with exceptional contemporary printmaking.
In addition to its publishing program, Kingsland Editions continues to offer high end contract screen printing services for artists, designers, and institutions.
