This is the first edition of Bernard Buffet’s masterful interpretation of Cyrano de Bergerac’s visionary tales. One of only 197 copies printed on Rives B.F.K. paper, presented in its original condition.
A remarkable artistic achievement by one of the 20th century’s most iconic painters.
A pristine example — the prints are fresh, the text and presentation immaculate, and the original acetate band present — extremely rare in this state.
