This etching and spit bitten aquatint was printed at the Glasgow Print Studio using two steel plates. Plate i: orange, yellow, red; plate ii: green, red (of flower). Printed on Velin Arches blanc paper. Sold as issued within a special edition book limited to just 100 copies, entitled ‘ Elizabeth Blackadder’ by Duncan MacMillan, Scolar Press, Aldershot. The book is also signed and numbered by Blackadder. Both etching and book in excellent condition, together with the original slip case, also decorated with a Blackadder Lily image. Quite rare to still have the two items together as issued.
