look closer.

Most people walk past a print without a second look.

That’s kind of the point of printed-editions.

Prints are most overlooked art form there is – not because they’re not good enough, but because everyone assumes ‘the real thing’ is somewhere else. A bigger gallery. A higher price tag. Someone else’s living room.

It’s not. It’s usually right in front of you, in a room that looks a lot like yours – toys left out, laptop still open, clothes thrown over a chair, shopping still unpacked, discarded shoes, everyone slightly late for something.

That’s why we don’t show our prints in rooms that don’t exist. We show them in rooms that do. Because the art isn’t there to finish the room. It’s there because it’s good – with or without the tidying up. Real rooms.

Look closer at fine prints. It’s usually worth it.
