Arty-Fact: The Canang Sari is the daily offering made by Balinese Hindus to thank the Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in praise and prayer. But when they are carelessly trampled by droves of over eager tourist shoppers, it is a bigger indication of the almighty tourist dollar taking precedence over cultural preservation.
