Large Red Cashmere Blanket

A very limited edition cashmere blanket by KAWS, featuring his animation artwork on the front and a muted birdseye pattern on the underside. Produced by master Scottish craftspeople, this large blanket was released in 2019 by The House of Voltaire and is made from superfine cashmere so has an extremely soft, luxurious feel to it. Edition of just 85 blankets.
Measures 130 x 180 cm.

Born in 1974, KAWS, an American artist, gained fame for his pop culture-inspired characters featured in 3D toys, paintings, prints, and sculptures. Beginning as a graffiti artist, he transitioned into creating sought-after miniature toys, collaborating with major brands like Nike and Supreme. His bold, colorful works, including large-scale sculptures and murals, have become highly popular and are held in numerous international collections.
