Description

Technique: Silver leaf, hand-sprayed by the artist on Somerset Satin tub size 410gsm.

This series by German – Mexican artist combines precious metal leaf with raw spray-painted gestures. Two lines—red or black—intersect to form a cross, evoking both minimalist composition and spiritual symbolism. The contrast between refined materials and impulsive mark-making reflects a tension between faith and doubt, permanence and immediacy. Each work stands as a quiet yet powerful meditation on belief and form.
