The Artist

Fred Sandback

Fred Sandback prints, like his sculptural works, explore minimalist concepts through elegant simplicity. His lithographs and etchings typically feature clean, geometric lines that echo the yarn installations for which he is renowned. These two-dimensional works convey the same spatial ambiguity and perceptual engagement as his three-dimensional pieces, creating virtual volumes through mere suggestion.
