Born 1954 in Nagoya, and taught by Nomura Hiroshi, Midori’s etchings are re- strained and textural. She is part of the British Museum’s permanent collection of Japanese prints and was featured in Lawrence Smith”s ‘Contemporary Japanese Prints Symbols of a Society in Transition’ (1985).
