Description

"Scholar Rocks" is a lively, painterly abstract landscape monotype printed over an etched grid, influenced by the artist's study of the Chinese tradition, a rock that has had its edges smoother by passing waters, a metaphor for the effect of time on one's life. Printed in burnt sienna, green and violet on 100% rag paper.
