This original lithograph was printed in the winter of 1961 in Cannes for the publication ‘”A Los Toros” avec Picasso’, edited by Jaime Sabartés and published by André Sauret, Monte Carlo.
It was created with crayon on transfer paper transferred to stone.
The lithograph was printed by Mourlot, Paris, in a limited edition of 3085 unsigned and unnumbered impressions from the same stones and at the same date as the signed edition of 50.
The work is dated: “6.3.61 IV” in the plate in the lower left corner
