Rocky was released and Jimmy Carter became the 39th President of the US. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest won an Oscar for Best Picture. A Big Mac cost 75 cents and the average monthly rent in the US was $220. There was record heatwave in the Britain and James Hunt become Formula One world champion. The world’s first laser printer was also introduced.
