Annabel Crowther’s work explores the modern muse through continuous line of the nude figure. Originally an observation of the female form, the overlapping composition of her line-drawn silhouettes offers Annabel’s nude prints a whimsical mystic; a dream-like quality of dancing figures incorporating intaglio printmaking with chine collé and stencil techniques. At the Woolwich Print Fair 2021, Annabel’s ‘Dancing Daydreamer’ print was selected as a Collectors Pick by both @young_art_collector and Jeany Cronk, art collector and Co-Founder of Mirabeau wine (Woolwich Print Fair 2021 sponsor).
