The Floating Piers, Lake Iseo, Italy (2014) is a rare collector’s edition celebrating Christo & Jeanne-Claude’s monumental installation that transformed Italy’s Lake Iseo in June 2016. This limited edition of 1,000 copies includes a color offset lithograph, hand-signed by the artist, and an authentic piece of the original saffron fabric used in the installation. The present example, numbered H.C, was reserved for the artist, photographer, and printer. Presented framed in a custom box, this edition captures the spirit of Christo & Jeanne-Claude’s ephemeral yet deeply poetic environmental art.
