A printed record cover with a Unique record inside as each one is differently coloured . In at least one museum , signed in scratching DH KM 99 the sleeve ( print) has a sticker for numbering. The are great framed either with the record inside or better still showing.

Damien Hirst, who grew up in Leeds, was born in Bristol, England, in 1965, He moved to London In 1984 and worked in a construction firm before obtaining BA in Fine Art at Goldsmiths school between 1986 and 1989. He got the Turner Prize award in 1995.
