Leonard Baskin (1922 – 2000) was an American artist and printmaker honoured with several awards including Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Guggenheim Fellowship, the Gold Medal of The American Academy of Arts and Letters and a Special Medal of Merit of the American Institute of Graphic Arts.
