Richard Scott is a celebrated British artist currently living and working in South Africa. He is best known for his female figures which are reduced to their “essential lines”. Scott’s work is largely influenced by the Pop Art movement; evident in his use of crisp outlines, and a stylized, fragmented visual language synonymous with the immediacy of advertising posters and classic neon signs.
