In this series, patterns are conceived from the overlap of elements – lines and points – forming layers of matter in gradation. Fragments deposited on the paper act as marks of time on the surface, revealing a transitory order – gradient. The abstraction generated by the modulation of lines, points and tones fills the paper in an optical effect of materiality and vibration.
(The series was conceived from 2 modules in juxtaposition – diptychs – although they can be displayed individually – see images 2 and 3).
