Additional Information: This original etching is hand signed in pencil by the artist “Henri Matisse” in the lower right margin. It is also hand-numbered in pencil from the edition of 25, above the signature. There were also three épreuves d’essai [working proofs]and a further three impressions after the plate was scored.

Condition: Good condition. The lower sheet with a heavy horizontal fold. Two areas of mineral staining from previous framing in the left sheet edge.
